My name is Carie Croteau

Carie is a registered yoga and mindfulness teacher who enthusiastically shares these practices across diverse groups. She has taught a wide range of students, from children to adults, and has designed workshops promoting equine yoga, chair yoga, and primal movement. Through her work, particularly with rare disease patients, Carie has seen firsthand the benefits of mindfulness in stress reduction and overall well-being. Specializing in Yin, Hatha, and Mobility classes, she focuses on relaxation and improved mind-body connections.  Carie is committed to maintaining an inclusive, welcoming, and holistic teaching environment.

My name is Kip Jon

Kip is an Executive Coach, Speaker, and Trainer, specializing in the intersection of Behavioral Science and Mental Performance. With a rich background in Neurolinguistic Programming, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Meditation and Mindfulness, Kip has dedicated his career to enhancing mental performance and well-being through science-backed techniques.
